Product & Services
We provide Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for Solar Power Systems.
Product specifications (Panels/Inverters) are subject to availability and may be substituted with equivalent or higher quality brands (like APL Solar, etc.) with prior customer consent.
Payments & Billing
Advance Payment: A standard booking amount is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment schedule mentioned in the Quotation/Purchase Order.
GST: All prices mentioned are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
Subsidy & Government Approvals (Important Disclaimer)
Assistance Only: PSYLOCKE INDIA assists customers in filing applications for Central/State subsidies (PM Surya Ghar, etc.).
No Guarantee: The approval and disbursement of subsidies are solely at the discretion of the respective Government Nodal Agencies/DISCOMs. PSYLOCKE INDIA is not liable for any delay or rejection of subsidy by the government authorities.
Warranties
Product Warranty: Solar Panels and Inverters carry Manufacturer Warranties (typically 25 years for performance on panels, as per brand policy). PSYLOCKE INDIA assists in claiming these warranties but is not the manufacturer.
Service Warranty: PSYLOCKE INDIA provides a [1-5 Year] workmanship warranty on installation, covering wiring and mounting structure defects.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur/Dausa, Rajasthan
